In connection with the formation of Maharashtra State Unit of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha


4 February 2021, Headquarters Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, 133 B Modal Town East, Ghaziabad – A webinar of Maharashtra unit was organized here today. The following members were present in this webinar:

Shri Shashikant Mishra, Shri Prashant Patil, Smt. Signa Kadam, Shri Punjabrao Mudane, Shri Janardan Jangle, Dr. Chandrakant Visrojwar Nagpur, Shri Goyal, Shri Arun Hazare, Shri Bhagwan Bhitkar, Yavatmal, Shri Manoj Pawar, Smt. Sunita Bhitkar, Smt. Vidya Madavi, Mrs. Sangeeta Pawar, Mrs. Sunita Rathod, Mr. R. D. Jadhav, Pusad, Mr. Pankaj Asati, Mr. Ravi Khillare, Mr. Vivek Mannarwar, Mrs. Kanchan Veer, Ner, Mr. Rajkumar Patil, Mr. Ramsing Sanga, Rajesh Chhibber, Col. Tejendra Pal Tyagi etc. Other members were present.

After detailed deliberations the following decisions were taken from the Sarva Samiti:

1. A new unit will be formed by abolishing the present state unit of Maharashtra.

2. At least one third of the state unit will have women members.

3. The President and the General Secretary shall have a pride fighter and a patriotic citizen.

4. State President will be appointed with the permission of the National Council.

5. For the development of the Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, new members will be made officers up to the village level and this process will be done on a war footing.

6. State Convenor Shri Prashant Patel has taken over the responsibility of implementing the plan made by Late Subedar Major Venkat Yadav and Desh Bhakt Shri Sangha.

7. The names of Mr. Chandrakant Visrojwar, Mr. Punjab Rao Mudhane, Mr. Prashant Patil came to the fore to become the state president. Some members left this decision to the national president. The National President left this decision to the National Council.

8. All the members paid tribute to Subedar Major Venkat Jadhav and said that the new president should be wealthy or not, educated or not, but should be devoted to the national military organization.

9. Today it was also decided that there should not be unnecessary direct contact with the National President, but mutual issues should be resolved through the State Committee.

10. Today it has also been decided that in addition to the State Committee, a Kaur Group will also be formed, which will not interfere in the day-to-day activities, but whose decision must be accepted by the State Committee.
