Subhash should be awarded Param Vir Chakra and Bharat Ratna together - Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi

23 January 2025, Bhagwati Ganj Mandi, Hapur - Today, the Hapur unit of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha took out a 6 km long rally "Jai Hind Tiranga" Yatra. The Tiranga Yatra was inaugurated by National President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, Veer Chakra recipient Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi, National Economic Council Convenor Mr. Rajan Chhibber and Chief Health Officer Mr. Sunil.

Mr. Rajan Chhibber said that 26 thousand soldiers of the 60 thousand Azad Hind Fauj had sacrificed their lives, that is, one third of the soldiers were martyred. That is, the war was fierce. The British were defeated badly in Moirang, Kohima. Therefore, the supreme commander Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose should be awarded the highest gallantry award i.e. Param Vir Chakra.

Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi said that today we are talking about the same Subhash who formed the Azad Hind Government on 21 October 1943 and he himself was its first Prime Minister. Hence, the first Prime Minister of undivided India, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose should be awarded the Bharat Ratna.

Smt. Suman Tyagi and Shri Gyanendra Ji said that Mountbatten himself had accepted that the Azad Hind Fauj caused the most damage to the British forces.
