24 October 2024, Raj Bhawan, Dehradun Cantt, Uttarakhand: Members of the National Core Group of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha held a meeting with Hon'ble Lt. Gen Gurmit Singh at Raj Bhawan, Uttarakhand today. The following members attended the meeting:

In the meeting, Major General Ranjit Singh (Haryana), Major General M L Aswal (Uttarakhand), Shri Harishchand Badrinath Rathore (Maharashtra) and Shri Satyajit Aribam (Manipur) gave four power point slide presentations (presentation is attached).
In the meeting, Shri Ashwini Kumar Bakshi suggested to wait and watch on the issue of Agni Veer. Smt. Prabha Mehta proposed women empowerment. Captain K P Singh (Uttar Pradesh) proposed to beautify the Kargil Shaheed Smarak Sukhtirth Muzaffarnagar and to build a guest house.
National Chairman of the National Economic Council of Rashtriya Sainik Sansthan, Shri Rajan Chhibber said that the achievement of funds is very important for the progress of Rashtriya Sainik Sansthan and said that he will try to collect as much funds as possible.
The National President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, Vir Chakra recipient Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi, while giving his reasons, made the following requests:
1. Major General M L Aswal was requested to set up a portal for Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha on turnkey basis (A to Z) before 31 March 2025.
2. Major General Ranjit Singh was requested to prepare lesson plans for the syllabus of Elementary Sainik Training by 31 March 2025.
3. Shri Harishchandra Badrinath Rathore was requested to complete the process of formation of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha units, youth wing and women wing in at least a dozen additional districts of Maharashtra by 31 March 2025.
4. Shri Satyajit Aribam was requested to form Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha units in Tripura, Mizoram and Meghalaya by 31 March 2025. He was also asked to organize the Malaysia event and nominate chapter presidents in Taiwan and Singapore.
In the end, the Governor of Uttarakhand, Hon'ble Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh thanked each member of the National Core Group of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha separately, presented insignia, honoured them by giving gifts and took the following resolutions:
The following resolutions are to be fulfilled by the Silver Jubilee of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha on 26 April 2027:
1. A target has been set to increase the number of members to 10 lakhs.
2. Coffee table book should be updated which should include the history of Rashtriya Sainik Sansthan
3. Rashtriya Sainik Sansthan units should be started in all 26 states and 8 union territories
4. One nodal group should be formed in Ghaziabad, Muzaffarnagar, Gurugram, Noida and Hapur which will work as Quick Reaction Team and R & D center should be opened in Kargil Shaheed Smarak, Shuktirth
5. Like the Earth Constitution of WCPA (World Constitution & Parliament Association), a "way ahead constitution" of Rashtriya Sainik Sansthan should also be made
General Gurmeet Singh ji said that the need for Elementary Sainik Training in schools will be taken to the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Skill Development. He said do Aroma Revolution, Honey Revolution and make Hoax Village on the border a Host Village. Adopting the policy of delearning, relearning and review with the slogan of Jai Hind and Nation First, the units of Rashtriya Sainik Sansthan should be taken from the state to the district level.
