13 August 2024, Ghaziabad: Today, the Tiranga Yatra was organized by the reputed daily newspaper, Amar Ujala. This journey was about 5 km long. The local MP Hon'ble Atul Garg, Mayor Sunita Dayal, District Magistrate Inder Vikram Singh, National President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi flagged off this journey.

While leading the yatra, Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi appealed to the people to greet each other by saying Jai Hind at public places at the concluding point.

He said that when we say Jai Hind, the feeling of patriotism and love for the country remains around the mind for 2-4 seconds. Just imagine, when all the patriotic citizens of the country come together and chant Jai Hind with full devotion, faith and love, because words never die in the universe, their magnetic vibration keeps resonating, then the reawakening of patriotism is certain. By chanting and making others chant Jai Hind, national integration and character building will begin automatically.

Representatives from all sections of the country, business class, schools, industrial establishments, NDRF, NCC, ex-servicemen etc. participated in the Tiranga Yatra.
