Colonel TPS Tyagi's direct warning to Uttam School: If poor children are not admitted, then forget about its development, it will be difficult to run the school.
28 July 2024, Utt School, Shastri Nagar Ghaziabad - Today was the fourth day of the protest by the parents of poor children of RTE along with Ghaziabad Parents Association in front of Uttam School for Girls. Gaurav Sainik of Ghaziabad unit of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha and patriotic citizens also reached the meeting place to support this protest.
National President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, Veer Chakra recipient Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi said that now the "yes sir" attitude of 1947 is over. Private schools which are exploiting the middle class will have to follow the rules. The soldier posted on the border has started thinking today whether I should give my life for such people who are depriving the poor children of my country of their rights. If Uttam School for Girls does not immediately admit poor girls as per the rules, then forget about expansion in future, it will be difficult to run the school. Since we are dutiful, trained, disciplined and honest, our words should be considered as written in stone and action should be taken within 24 hours.
Gaurav Senani Gyan Singh, District President of Ghaziabad unit of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha said that the population of the country is 144 crores and we are only 14 lakhs, that is, less than 1% of 1% of 1% of the population of the country.
We also protect the country and whenever there is a disaster (flood, drought, earthquake, landslide, tsunami etc.) we are called and the situation comes under control. Raising voice against the evils prevalent in the society is one of our objectives. Voice will also be raised against the gross encroachment on government land by Uttam School for Girls.
Mrs. Seema Tyagi, President of Ghaziabad Parents Association has been fighting for a long time for the admission of poor children in private schools. After a long struggle in DDPS School, her words were accepted and will be accepted here too. They said that the dharna will continue till the Uttam School admits girls identified and approved by the administration. Now Gaurav Senani has also joined us, about whom it is said that they do not fire in the air like the police.
One of the parents has cleared the UPSC exam and is sitting on a dharna outside Uttam School for Girls for her daughter's admission. She says that if the administration cannot provide justice, then we will seek justice ourselves. Today the country is a republic. That means neither the government is supreme nor the constitution. The only thing that is supreme is the public, which is us. Hence, we will exercise our rights. Ghaziabad Parents Association and RTE parents' protest has now started getting support from social and political organizations as well as RWAs and intellectuals of the city. The result of this pressure is that yesterday Uttam School had filled the admission forms of three children but still 5 children have not been admitted. Along with them, parents of RTE students of many schools including Shri Ram Universal School, Sunvalley School, Vaishali, St Thomas School, Loni, Green Field School, Govindpuram, DDPS School Sector 23 are sitting on protest for the admission of their children. On this occasion, Gaurav Senani Manoj Sharma, Gaurav Senani CK Singh, Gaurav Senani Ganesh Dutt, Gaurav Senani Ramakant Kushwaha, Veer Nari Preeti Singh, Veer Nari Monica Goyal also said in their own words and emotions that the arbitrariness of private schools which have become profit shops will not be tolerated anymore. Not only this, the corruption they have done earlier will also be accounted for.
