National President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, Veer Chakra awardee Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi said that India's population is around 144 crores. Whereas the strength of Indian Army which is around 15 lakhs is 1% or even less than that of the population. This army protects 8 thousand km of coastline and about 9 thousand km of land border. Whenever and wherever any disaster strikes in the country, the army is called and the situation is brought under control. The reason is that every soldier is a living example of dedication, discipline and honesty.
The biggest problem in India at present is corruption which can be called a disaster? Ex-servicemen can bring this disaster under control.
Today, it was decided by the Sarv Samiti that on 26th July, all the youth wing units of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha at state level and district level across the country will raise their voice together that ex-servicemen should be deployed in every department to control corruption. For this, they will hold press conferences, organise seminars and give a memorandum to the government that “to control the disaster like corruption, one ex-serviceman should be appointed in every department”. There is no need to give any special power to ex-servicemen, they should be given only the right to implement the policies that have already been made at the ground level with honesty.
Naveen Jai Hind from Haryana said that being the national level director of the Scouts Division, I will convey this message to the 3 lakh scouts of Haryana. Spokesperson of the Uttar Pradesh unit of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha and aware farmer Shri Gyanendra Tyagi said that a great program will be organized in Hapur on 26th July. Now we have come out of the “yes sir” situation of 1947. Our thinking is nationalist. We are capable of solving problems. We fully support the fact that on Kargil Vijay Diwas on 26th July, a single voice should come from every part of the country that the help of ex-servicemen should be taken to control corruption. Gaurav Senani Brijesh, President of Roorkee unit suggested that whatever the occasion, it should start with planting trees.
