Bhagat Singh did not teach to destroy or burn the country's property


23 March 2024, Kargil Shaheed Smarak, Muzaffarnagar – Today, on the martyrdom day of Shaheed Smarak Bhagat Singh, a program was organized by the Uttar Pradesh unit of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, in which a pledge was taken to fulfill the dreams of the martyrs.

The chief guest of the program, Peethadheeshwar of Hanuman Dham, said that whenever saints and soldiers have come together, change has happened.

Presiding over the function, Major General ML Aswal said that for national integration and character building, elementary military training should be made compulsory in all schools. He said that since Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha is a nationwide organization whose units are working in 22 states and which includes both patriotic citizens and ex-servicemen. The responsibility of conducting elementary military training at the national level should be given.

The program started with the garlanding of the statues of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Chandra Shekhar Azad, Sardar Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev installed at the Kargil Shaheed Smarak. Thereafter, the helmet placed on his gun was decorated with rites.

Tributes were paid to the departed soul, Uttar Pradesh State President Captain Suresh Chandra and departed soul Treasurer Gaurav Senani Jai Prakash Tyagi and the Martyrs' Aarti was performed.

On this occasion, National President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, Veer Chakra recipient Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi appointed Captain K P Singh as the new State President of Uttar Pradesh. Gifts were presented to the families of the martyrs. Addressing the patriotic citizens and ex-servicemen who have done excellent work, Colonel Tyagi said that after receiving military training in schools, no child will damage the public property of the country, neither will he burn a bus nor will he stop a train.

General Secretary of Mainpuri Desh Bhakt Jai Veer, District President of Saharanpur Captain Dhiman, Gaurav Senani Gyan Singh of Ghaziabad, Deputy District President of Roorkee Brijesh Tyagi, District President of Dehradun Gaurav Senani B P Sharma, Ashok Verma, District President of Muzaffarnagar Gaurav Senani Ashok Kumar and special members of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha from all over the state were felicitated.

National Treasurer of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha Gaurav Senani PP Singh said that now we do not charge membership fee from our members. Our membership has also become online and now we are ready to make a big leap.

On this occasion Gaurav Senani Mange Ram, while offering Reet at the Kargil War Memorial, described the bravery of Indian soldiers in winning the Kargil War in 1971 while being committed to the order of not crossing the Line of Control.

On this occasion, President of the Brahma Kumari unit of the women's wing of the Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, Pravesh Kumari, spoke about moving from Kalyug to Satyug and by showing Kumbhakaran rising in the caravan brought from Mount Abu, Rajasthan, appealed to destroy the evils prevalent in the society.
