Vihang village has set a wonderful example for other villages by celebrating its birthday for 10 years.
11 February 2024, Precinct of Shiv Temple, Village Vihang, Muradnagar, Ghaziabad – Today the 10th birthday of Vihang village was celebrated here with great pomp and show among the administrative officials. Panchayati Raj Minister of Government of India, Honorable Kapil Moleshwar Patel has said in his written message (attached) that it is commendable that for the last 9 years all the villagers of Vihang village have been celebrating the birthday of their village. If every village celebrates its birthday and the villagers living outside the village are also invited on that day, then amazing coordination will be created. I appreciate this effort on behalf of the Government of India.
Chief guest of the program, Andhra Pradesh Advisor Mr. Rajan Chhibber praised the process of celebrating the birthday of Vihang village situated on the banks of Hindon. He said that when two people work together, coordination is created, like a new bride and groom going to the terrace in winter to see Saptarishi. When the entire village works together, it will be the pinnacle of coordination.
Convenor of the program, Vir Chakra recipient Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi, National President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, said that while campaigning for the 2014 elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had suggested that every village should celebrate its birthday, all the people should sit together and eat food. If people living outside the village are also invited, then more than half of the grievances and discrimination will be eliminated. Considering this suggestion as a Veda, we started celebrating the birthday of our village Vihang on the second Sunday of February.
Village resident Mr. Subhash Tyagi, Mr. Jai Karan Gujjar, Mr. Dushyant Tyagi, Mr. Satish Tyagi, Anganwadi worker Mrs. Pavitra Devi, cleaning worker Akash were honored for their excellent work.
Block Chief Mr. Rajeev Tyagi, Block Development Officer Mr. Sudhir Kumar, Block Education Officer Mr. Jamuna Prasad, Village Head Tahir Ali and other guests also expressed their views.
It was brought to the notice of BDO Shri Sudhir Kumar that water supply in Bihang village should be done by building a tank here. Honorable Minister of State of Uttar Pradesh Khatik ji had also recommended that a separate tank should be installed in Bihang village. Video sir strongly supported and recommended this proposal!
More than a dozen people from Agriculture Department, Education Department, Ayushmaan Bharat Department, Anganwadi, Health Department were present.
