29 September 2023, National Highway 6, Village Pukhriya (Mobai Tower House Beside Salsar, Dham Hanuman Mandir, Howrah - Today the office of West Bengal state unit of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha was formally inaugurated here. Although this unit has been working since 2007. But it did not have its own independent office.
The state office was inaugurated by Vir Chakra recipient Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi, National President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, Dr. Tanmoy Chakraborty, former IT advisor of the Air Force, Mr. Ishan Tyagi, National Convenor of Sports Wing of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha.
On this occasion, West Bengal State President Gaurav Senani Bijoy Nayak, General Secretary Amla Mishra (national level player), senior military officer, famous spiritual guru of Kolkata, Colonel Shanti Bhushan Das, Colonel LS Tiwari, Colonel AK Aluwalia, Mrs. Geeta who has just passed away. Recently, State General Secretary Mr. Amal Mishra, Professor Jyotish Pandey, pride fighter Shyam Sundar Haldhar, patriot Ashok Jain and a good company of patriot women were present.
While inaugurating the office, Colonel Tyagi said that the number of our members is less than 1% of the population of the entire country. But each of our members is dedicated and works in the same direction. This is the difference between iron and magnet.
Honorable Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh, National Administrative Patron of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, says that when I see women wearing the cap of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, I see Rani of Jhansi and Ahilya Bai in every woman.
Dr. Tanmoy Chakraborty said that Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha is an ideology in which people having thoughts like soldiers can automatically join and are joining. Country first, respect for the families of martyrs and prevention of evils prevailing in the society are our main objectives.
The grandeur with which West Bengal state president Gaurav Senani Bijoy Nayak organized today's program is a symbol of the fact that just as the new ideology starts from Calcutta, similarly the initial military training of the youth will also start from the West Bengal unit. |
