Subhash should be given Param Vir Chakra and Bharat Ratna together - Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha

22 September 2023, Daulatram College, Delhi University, Delhi – A program was organized here today in which Lieutenant General VK Chaturvedi, National President of All India Ex-Servicemen Council, National President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, Vir Chakra recipient Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi, Andhra Rajan Chhibber, advisor to the state government, and Professor Savita Rai, Principal of Daulatram College, were present on the stage.

General Chaturvedi drew a picture of India's ancient history and the present emerging India. He encouraged the students to join the army and threw light on the personality of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

Shri Rajan Chhibber told the students that they should work as laborers i.e. stay away from fun. He also said that you all are handsome, hence give your helping hand to someone.

Colonel Tejendra Pal Tyagi told that today we are talking about the same Subhash who had formed the Azad Hind government on 21 October 1943 and he himself was its first Prime Minister. This Azad Hind government was recognized by 11 countries in 10 days, which included Russia and Germany. Therefore, the first Prime Minister of united India, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, should be given Bharat Ratna. Similarly, out of 60,000 soldiers of Azad Hind Fauj, 26,000 were martyred. Mount Batten himself had admitted that the Azad Hind Fauj had caused the most damage to the British forces. Therefore Subhash should get Param Veer Chakra. Our demand is that both Paramveer Chakra and Bharat Ratna should be given together.

On this occasion, almost all the professors, students and students of Daulatram College were present. Ms. Upasana Tiwari and Pramila Jain etc. donated special yoga. Professor Savita Rai thanked the guests for giving special information on Netaji.
