Village Vihang is a small self-respecting village situated on the banks of Hindon at the end of Modinagar tehsil and Muradnagar block. Jai Kiran, Satish Tyagi, Subhash ji, Gyan Chand of Rural Development Committee told that now people from other villages, Nekpur, Hussainpur, Revdi Revda, Rawali etc. have also started participating in the birth anniversary of our village. In the month of February, the birth anniversary of village Bihang was specially kept because in this month the great social reformer Swami Daya Nand Saraswati ji was born, who in 1857 along with Swami Omanand, Swami Brajanand, Swami Sampoornanand, Rani Lakshmi Bai , Tatya Taupe, Jwala Prasad and Nanaji were inspired for the first freedom struggle of India by giving 3100 rupees at that time.

 

In the program, 3 women and 9 men were awarded for their excellent work! 9 girls and 9 boys were given prizes for standing first in sports competitions!
